Our “Weigh to Go” weight loss program has been specifically designed to promote healthy lifestyle change through education and education.
The aim of the program is to provide candidates with the information and tools required to maintain a healthy weight. This involves the coordinated approach of nutritional counseling from an Accredited Dietician, as well as a guided exercise program developed by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. They are both university trained Allied Health Professionals with current registration.
While the program is designed to be a 10 week intensive program, the long term goal of the program is focused on self management and ensuring that the changes implemented are maintained to promote general health and well being.
